Already keep a list in CellarTracker, Vivino or Excel? Import it. Matching happens automatically, you review only what is uncertain, and you can stop halfway and pick up later. If something goes wrong you have a day to undo it. ◆ TASTING NOTES THAT LAST Structured notes following the WSET approach: appearance, nose, palate, quality assessment and drinking window.
