OES Critical Alerts

OES Critical Alerts is the official on-call pager app for the Online Event Staffing platform. When an emergency callout is issued, a silenced phone shouldn't mean a missed page. OES Critical Alerts uses Apple's Critical Alerts technology to sound a distinctive pager tone at full volume — even when your iPhone is muted, locked, or in Do Not Disturb. OES supports organizations that manage extra-duty, overtime, urgent shift, and event-based staffing. This app is purpose-built for one thing: making sure emergency callouts reach on-call staff. FEATURES INCLUDE: • Critical alerts that sound even when your phone is muted or in Do Not Disturb • Distinctive pager tone so you instantly recognize an emergency callout • Alerts targeted to your OES group memberships and on-call status • Tap an alert to open the callout, review details, and acknowledge • Regular push notifications for non-emergency messaging • Automatic reconnection to your saved agency on launch GETTING STARTED: On first launch, enable Critical Notifications when prompted, then connect to your organization by searching for your agency's name, abbreviation, or city. Critical Alerts require your permission and can be adjusted at any time in Settings. For schedules, applying to shifts, and full platform access, use the companion OES app. An active account with an organization using the OES platform is required to use this app.
