Cloud Actions — Approval Chain and Notifications • The Responsible → Controller → Auditor flow now works end to end: submit a task for approval, approve or request rework, send the closure for auditing, and close the action. • New "Approval status" card shows who signed off at each step and when. • Actions lock once the auditor signs off, and can be handed back to the controller when needed. • New summary report gathers all of an action's work on one page. • Every step of the flow now notifies the people involved. Added an "Action" tab to the notification centre and notification preferences to your profile. • Simplified action detail: Summary, Tasks and Activity tabs, with shortcut cards for responsibles, auditors, controls and files. • The activity feed now shows real detail: what happened, the status change, who did it and when. • Photos attached to tasks and sub-tasks are now visible on both mobile and web. Quality Checklists • Fixed saving, and results are now reported accurately, including which items failed. • Switching control location clears the form, and entered values can no longer land on the wrong item. • "Not Ok" is now red, so a failed check stands out. Readings — Rebuilt • Newest check first, with readings grouped into the rounds they were taken in. • Every reading is shown against the limits it was measured against, with its position in the tolerance band. • In spec / Out of limits / NOK badges and critical-item markers. • Search by item, code or note, plus status and shift filters. • Notes written with a reading are now visible. Machines • Fixed missing "Last 5 Cycles" data. • Shift press and piece counts added to the machine list and detail. TOFAŞ — Line Monitoring • New board showing every line at a glance: running/congested/stopped counts, total in and out, and a card per line. • Open a line for the animated conveyor, downtime statistics and a filterable stop list. • Day-by-day navigation and a refreshed date picker. General improvements and bug fixes.
