Worst MFD platform ever
I bought my mfd subscription 15 days before and found this is the worst software i have ever use, client portfolio report is the worst like no effort done on this. They refuse to refund even 50% in just 15 days of use. Dont fall into their trap. Their manager Roshni is the biggest thug of this industry

It is total failure, many clients are not able to access their own investments getting message “You do not have access to investments” some clients get blank page after login to their account, some clients gets message “Invalid holding status”
The customer care is clueless what to reply and how to resolve. The seniors are not updated neither they are accessible. Do no ot know the product incharge who never interacts

Crashes a lot
This app is very unreliable. App crashes a lot and the data does not load properly.
Poor and unprofessional services
We moved away from OFA 4 years back because of poor services. The sales team managed to convinced that a lot has changed in last 4 years and made all the commitments to convince us which they can’t fulfil now. It was a mistake on our side to go with OFA once again. After using OFA again in the year of 2023-24, here is my honest review: The commitment made during sales process are not honoured. The system doesn’t show updates on time. Most of their features are not reliable. You will end up spending half of your time with OFA to get the right business visibility which otherwise your could spend to grow your business. After sales service is still very poor and unprofessional. A serious business owner should not go with OFA at all, instead pay a little more but find a better service provider.
