Best Disconnection App I’ve Tried
After almost a year trying different disconnection apps, I’m very happy to have come across OFF. It is free to download and allows for real time management, having tailored blocks and smart ways of keeping you from doomscrolling and focused of what matters. I could, honestly, not recommend it more!
Issues with creating new sessions
I really like this app because it makes going on distracting apps quite difficult especially if you choose the “Hard difficulty” which makes you pay a certain fee (that you determine) to access an app.
My only complaint is that I can’t create more than one session. Whenever I try to create a new session, the app doesn’t save the details I put in and so I am not able to create multiple sessions. Is this a bug?

Hi Kar2oon melion! Thanks for your feedback. We are about the launch the new version of the app, where you will be able to set multiple sessions. Additionally, you will be able to use new features such as the (i) limited scrolling, (ii) time limits to certain apps, (iii) time limits on the entire device or (iv) agenda blocks.
