There is no goal so i dont think it classifies as a game.
What you can do: drive a retro saloon not built for offroading on a hideously large map full stop

If you add
music
story missions (delivery, race, time trial, be creative!)
customisation (paint, changing some body parts)
suspension tuning (ride height, wheel size, etc.)
performance upgrades (engine, tyre, suspension, etc.)
garage
collectibles (e.g. get all collectibles for reward)
Then game will be great
But as of writing this I can’t give it more than 1 star.
