About
One thumb per runner. They never run in step.
Offbeat is a two-thumb arcade runner. Your left thumb jumps the left runner. Your right thumb jumps the right one. Simple — except the two lanes move at different speeds, so they never settle into the same rhythm. You have to hold two timings at once.
Lose either runner and the run is over.
WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT
• A control scheme you feel immediately
Tap for a short hop. Hold for a full jump. That's the entire tutorial, and there's a real skill ceiling underneath it.
• Two rhythms, never one
The lanes run at a fixed offset from each other. You can't find one beat and coast — the moment you lock onto one runner, the other needs you.
• It never cheats
Every stretch of track is built around a way through it, then checked by a solver before you ever see it. When you lose, it was reachable. That's a promise the game can actually keep.
• A curve that tightens, not just speeds up
Obstacles scale with the pace, so a run at 900 metres is genuinely tighter than one at 50 — not merely faster.
• No ads. No sign-up. No tracking.
No accounts, no interruptions, no data collection. Plays fully offline.
HOW TO PLAY
Hold your phone in two hands. Tap the left half of the screen to jump the left runner, the right half for the right one. Tap for a hop, hold for a full jump. Clear the blocks. Keep both alive.
Runs are short. One more is always tempting.
