offGrd: offline messenger

no more "failed" on a message that arrived. last version taught your message to travel by human. this one teaches the receipt to come back the same way. if the person carrying it walks back to you, your delivered tick walks back with them, even if you and the recipient never end up in the same place. your old chats stopped disappearing. quiet conversations used to lose their history when you reopened the app. it was all still there — offGrd just wasn't loading it. now every chat keeps its own history, however long it's been since you last opened it. offGrd stopped talking over itself. it was sending messages back down the same path they arrived on. it doesn't anymore. less chatter on the air in a packed crowd, same delivery. if someone tries to be someone else, you'll know. offGrd already blocked impersonation attempts silently. now it tells you, right in the chat, so you can check their PIN in person before you trust it. a cleaner people list. every row said "on the mesh". you're in offGrd, everyone's on the mesh. it's gone.
