This app runs through a great number of ergonomic scenarios which can lead to body pain and nerve issues. I recommend this to my OT patients.

Really enjoy this app! The visual ergonomics section is very well done and I would happily recommend this tool to any of my patients suffering from eyestrain and neckstrain related to long hours on the computer.
Office Ergonomics
Love this app! I would recommend it to anybody who spends time on the computer daily. After adjusting my workstation according to the helpful animations and tips I feel so much more productive with my work time. I used to need a break after each hour due to neck ache. My neck and eyes could go all day with this set up.
