Neglected
Terribly buggy and seemingly abandoned app. First, the “remember my email next time” checkbox doesn’t do its job. We don’t even need that though, just let us log in using Face ID or at least make the input fields recognizable by Passwords so we can log in quickly with saved credentials. Second, you will get infinite loading after clocking in or clocking out for a client, so every time you clock in you have to close the app, open it again, log in (again again), then go back to the client’s page to do data collection. Third, some data collection needs to be manually set to zero every single session otherwise workers on the case will see the data appear as though a session was not held that day for that data source. Add to this our last update was over two years ago. Unbelievable. A spreadsheet file could do this app’s functions quicker and more reliably (and for free instead of a monthly subscription). I can’t say one star, at least it works, but it is extremely disappointing.

Won’t recall credentials
The one thing Apple is great about is recalling or saving credentials. Whether or not you check the “remember email” it still doesn’t. Sadly, works great on android.
Glitchy
Please fix the app as it freezes a lot. It is annoying and frustrating.
