Don’t bother
This app is not worth it. Don’t frustrate yourself with all the problems listed in the other reviews. Nobody checks these reviews for feedback; nobody is interesting in fixing this app. It’s like a microcosm of the technology world in general - everything just degrades and gets worse, and it will continue to go that way, because there’s no motivation to fix it.
In this app your callers will either not be able to hear you or you won’t be able to hear them. Your instant messages are all over the place; sometimes they load, sometimes they don’t. We could rehash all the same issues from the other reviews, but you probably already have an idea. Just use something else.

Hard Pass
The only reason I have stuck with this app is because of my employer. The only reliable thing about it is that it’s unreliable. There’s the “you can’t hear the other person” bug that has the perfect timing of coming right when I need to call someone. Then there’s the “going to just have the spinny wheel like it’s stuck downloading” bug that also is regular. Who designed this and called it a day?

Boo this app
This app is so frustrating. I have to use it for work to make phone calls and it's constantly dropping calls or having one way audio issues where I cannot hear the other person on the line. It's been awful for years now and I am praying for the day that my employer chooses another service to use. This app sucks and I could not recommend it less. If you have to use this app, I am so sorry.

Doesn’t work as intended
This application is broken more than it’s not. When I first got it, I could make phone calls directly from the app now anytime I make phone calls. I can’t hear anything. The other people are saying but they can hear me. It’s been that way for like six months. Occasionally an update comes out saying it’s working now, but I never seem to be able to get it to work more than a few days.

Doesn’t work
This app hasn’t worked properly in months. Like other users have said, there are audio issues when making or receiving calls. Every once in a while an incoming call will have audio for me, and then the next 30 calls don’t. Waiting for an update that will fix the issue, but I don’t think it’s coming…

Worst App
Extremely unreliable. It works for 1-2 calls then stops working. I have to constantly log on and off, restart my phone just for it to not work. Ridiculous and no one seems to work on the issues. Horrible app

At least half the time I can’t hear the caller or the caller can’t hear me. I’ve told my IT team to find alternatives

Don’t even waste your time
The app never works, you have to un-downloaded and re-loaded if you wanted to kind of work on a daily basis.. it would ring maybe for half a second then go straight to Voice Mail.
Horrid
Every time I try to make a call using this app it does not ring and I cannot hear the person on the other end. The only solution I’ve found (with no other help from their support team) is to literally uninstall and then reinstall the app each time I need to make a call.
Audio Issue
Horrible App. Can’t hear anyone on my end but people can hear me.

This app works less than half the time. It is very difficult to complete my job when the audio for the phone only works one way.
