It gets better with every update !
The app has its quirks that people seem to struggle with. An easy fix is to religiously delete and reinstall the app every morning before work begins . If it freezes, delete and reinstall. If you get the spinning blue circle of death, delete and reinstall. If you find the app is draining the battery quicker than your charger can keep up? Well that is not a delete and reinstall fux. You simply exit out of the app and only reopen it when you need to punch in/punch out or need to do any actual clerical tasks. Hope this helps!

App is easy to navigate and straight forward. App responds better after recent update.
Absolute garbage
The worst app I have ever used. Negative star rating if I could. It’s 2020, how did this app get passed ? Constantly crashes, not user friendly, need to reinstall app weekly. Unacceptable, unprofessional, completely disgraceful. My 6 year old nefew could build a better app.
Not user friendly
This is not catered for the user. Not user friendly. I have to reinstall all the time because it crashes. Waste of my time at work.......
App working better after 1.4
Have been using app for over a month. Problems are not being resolved. Revisions come out that seem to create more issues than they fix. *** Update, app working much better since 1.4 update. Still needs improvement but heading in the right direction. ***
