Doesn’t load, immediately crashes…
Yeah, like others have said. Useless. Crashes immediately after opening. Can’t save passes from website to Apple Wallet, just gives an error, so I was hoping this app would work. I guess they just don’t care enough to keep this stuff updated, unfortunately.

Have crashes when opened hasn’t been working for months. 10 months later the app is the worthless DCH wasted of money on something that does not work

I used to like this app but it has not worked since IOS 12. It just crashes. It is a shame since it tarnished DCH’s overall image as a great service provider.

App used to work fine and after going to IOS 12 it immediately crashes. Spoke to service advisor and they are aware that the issue has been going on for a while. Please review and fix.

Why bother
If you don’t have a staff go keep your app working, why bother? Has crashed immediately upon opening for months now. Fix it already!

I have installed and reinstalled this app for several months and as soon as you open the app , it shuts off !

They tell you to download this app to keep track of appointments recalls and rewards etc but it closes immediately I advised them of this many times with no resolution

When this app is working it is great. It hasn’t been working for weeks now. As soon as you open the app, it closes itself immediately.

I tried to access the app this week but would load then cut out. I reloaded it today and it’s doing the same. Must be a glitch
