Tip off time
Can you submit feedback to the app developers. Please change it so it shows the actual tipoff time. Currently it shows a countdown timer, but it's not labeled as such. It's odd and confusing and not helpful.

Terrible app
I’m forced to use this app for tickets when I already have a Ticketmaster app. However when I try to sign in all I get is an error and “try again later”. So it doesn’t even work for the intended purpose. Do better
More Trackware…..
Why do I need an app that links to a garbage app with all sorts of trackware associated with it? Just let me use the parent ticket app or better yet, email them to me. I will not be going to future games on account of the coerced use of their app.

Why another app?
Just email me the tickets, as we have done for the past 20 years. Why do i have to download another app that connects to another app just to get my tickets? The whole process is terrible and makes me less likely to buy tickets ever again.

Refreshing app needs improvements
Nice little app, except to access Pistons tickets you purchased online. It won’t refresh over a week & I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app to see if it works. Only way for me to access my purchased tickets is the web version. Hopefully this app will have a update shortly.
Can’t sign into my Pistons account
Your app does not work well after downloading your latest app version. An error message confirms that it pistons/ticketmaster doesn’t exist. Please fix this ASAP!!! I have a game to go to this Saturday (3/9)!!!

This app is incredibly bad.
I find it difficult to believe that any NBA team would have an official app this terrible. A majority of the time you are completely unable to sign into ticketmaster to see your tickets. Please do better.
Bully App
Stop forcing people to download unnecessary apps. If you can email the section, seat number, and receipt, then you can email the barcode as well. There are too many steps to sign up, you HAVE to share information with ticketmaster to sign up, and it’s another password to remember. Some people don’t have enough memory on their phones for superfluous apps. Everybody doesn’t have a smartphone or are tech savvy enough to navigate the app just to access tickets. Some people just don’t want to be bothered. We already can’t bring purses or use cash at a game. Now we HAVE to use an app to get in? Deleting it as soon as they scan the barcode that can’t be screenshot ahead of time.
