Cannot submit questions on iPhone 15
I am a daily reader to the “O-Zone.” Once I purchased a new iPhone 15 and downloaded the app, it makes asking a question to “O” impossible. I do not believe the app is completely compatible with the phone. It’s a shame, but hopefully something that can be fixed. For now this app is 2 or 3 stars at best.

The team roster on this app hardly ever gets updated to current status. It drives me nuts.

I’ve been a Jags fan since day 1. Ups and Downs I’ve been watching. Thanks to this app I’m able to get all the news, updates and photos to keep me in the know. Looking forward to a DYNAMIC 2023-2024 season. Duuuval!!!!

Tickets
The app was working fine when I purchased the tickets. Now my tickets are not there when I enter the ticket manager. Also, they are not showing in Ticketmaster. Is it possibly an update glitch? And, is there a way that I can access them again?

Problems
Downloaded the app & as soon as I opened the Jacksonville Jaguars app it crashed. Tried deleting it then downloading it again & it crashed just like before.
Saving Photos Issue
I recently discovered the photos section and was excited to find clear images from each of the games. However, anytime I try to save photos directly from the app, from any album, the app crashes and the photo is not saved to my camera roll. I was hoping to use some of the photos as my wallpaper, but I cannot with the current state of the app. A fix would be much appreciated.

Good minus streaming
Like the app except for not being able to watch the games I downloaded the app to keep up and catch games since I’m out of market and can’t watch
Just a bad app!!
I want to love this app, but so much to be desired!! Trying to listen to the audio takes forever to load and no way if it is actually playing until it just randomly starts playing. No way to stop/play/fast forward/ or reverse. Just very un-user friendly. Some things work great just don’t know how this service is so bad.

Audio controls never activate
I use this app to get caught up on the radio shows. The whole “swipe up to control audio” almost never works, which means i have to either listen to a whole show in one sitting [usually not possible] or give up entirely.
