Not easy to watch videos on other devices
This doesn’t easily allow SharePlay outside of Apple devices. Fixing this would be ideal, even better if you created an Apple TV app.
Is it broken?
For the last few days, I log in then get diverted to and stuck on my profile page. So it’s no use for anything connected to my account.

The app unfortunately is not accessible for the blind user with Apples screen reader VoiceOver,
The app has unlabelled tabs and buttons cant be used its a real shame the developers of the app have not bothered to use accessibility tools when designing the app no good for the blind a real shame could do better #NUFC
Photos in articles crop inward weirdly, still no dark mode
Loved this app since day one and the improvements have been steady and regular, but please please please release the dark mode. Would be nice if it would come on automatically if my phone has it one for night time.

Nice but…
A really great application, but there is no back button. I am very surprised by this, and the application has a lot of technical problems, but it is good in terms of moving between menus and smoothly
No commentary option
I was listening on radio Newcastle to tonight game Newcastle v Burnley but for last 20 mins there is no sign of listen now option. This is an intermittent issue which I reported many times previously. Not god enough

No back button
If you click on a item then want to go back to the page you were on you can’t as there is no back button option so you have to start all over again to get back on the homepage of the website.
Could be great
Has the potential to be a fantastic app for supporters. Love the calendar and layout but it’s very slow to get key info e.g line ups. Last season showed which TV channel games were on but that seems to have stopped annoyingly. Frustrating that the club don’t invest properly in this sort of thing.

Worst app in the premiership
The app and web sute is a nightmare as a season ticket holder trying to download my ticjets for cup games etc is impossible directions on e mails do not exist

Bad
Paid for preseason package that included every preseason game, but app displays error message every time I try and says unable to load stream

Currently it’s also getting stuck if I go onto a product in the shop I can’t get back out by swiping back or tapping the trolley icon either, and also the videos rotate if I tip my phone the tiniest fraction… needs to be less sensitive!

Persistent 404 page not found error
Good content generally. My only gripe is the persistent ‘404 page not found’ error every time I select a notification. It’s an issue that has been evident for years. And yes, every single notification.

Not sure this has been properly tested. Can’t login as it just punches out to my profile page on website and doesn’t do anything.
Commentary turns off after a few minutes
Very frustrating app , switches to sleep mode even when sleep /screen time is turned off. Just want to listen to the game without having to refresh every five mins 😬
Back Button
The app NEEDS a back button ASAP. ESPECIALLY IN THE STORE.
Exiting Picture in Picture restarts video from beginning
Very frustrating as i want to love this app. Appreciate the recent updates, still some glitches with the picture in picture and also fullscreen with rotating the screen back again immediately when you tap it. Hopefully these are easy fixes
