Cheated out of money!
We bought the lifetime subscription for my husband and i and you go disable the other app and make a new one? Who’s paying us back for what we paid for?!? Scammers!
Not a good look.
I had the app that was on the App Store a while ago, it was called official the relationship app. My wife and me paid the life time services, till one day we were not able to login and open the app anymore, no alerts, no notifications, no email. I almost forgot about it, fast forward to couple of days ago where I got curious and looked for the app in the store again, even if I still have it downloaded it on my phone. imagine my surprise when I don’t see the old app anymore but a new one, with the same name, the same logo, but with a “relationship tracker+” that make it different. Literally the same app, they deleted the old one and made a new one, so I download it and guess what? They ask you to pay for another membership to have access to the full services. I contacted them to have my benefits back, also because I assure that it was not cheap. Of course, no answer. Don’t waste your time with this app, there are better apps out there. It’s a pity because we enjoyed the app and we were happy with our membership.
