Not Working
I downloaded this app onto my iPhone and it repeatedly was unable to text me the OTP code. I couldn’t even set up the account. Bummer
No support, only focused getting your money
I had a really disappointing experience with this app ;
Location is off, if you enter 200 miles it shows you all available people in LA to NY from Europe; there is no other criteria to chose people but you don’t see these till get a passport as they require you to buy.
The monthly membership is $20 (to only meet other dog owners) with 3 days trial, in reality there is no trial as soon as you pay countdown starts for 30 days.
Supposedly AI integration but the tool can’t even keep up the basic question about kibble, how I feed my dog, any ai in the market better than their chatbot!
It’s nearly impossible to find a customer support since there is no email option on the app or on their website.
On the website seems like there is a team but they don’t even reply emails from customers at all as I never received reply, you are your own, good luck!
Overall my experience was very negative; save yourself time, and money, dog parks will be much more useful than this app.

Forget this app!
No matter how many times I change the filter there was absolutely no one in the search results. I even changed the age range 18 to 99 and still no results of any members.
Not a great app
Never shows me notifications, never saves my preferences so I have to go in an edit them every time I open the app, you have to subscribe to see the people who have liked you, not worth the time
The social media app I always wanted
What a fun and easy app to use. Pet people love to meet pet people. Moving coasts always makes it difficult to establish new connections and find like minded people. This app just made my life 10x easier.
