French wonderful app
Fixed a few issues with the old ui, especially the ux with the searchbar. Search is a bit slow as people pointed out, should look into optimizing it or decreasing the load time of the ui. Possibly only run search 100 milliseconds after the user has stopped typing
It is very good.
I love the fact that it has synonyms.

Bad on the first try
Downloaded this so I could learn the gender of French language words. The first word I looked up was "après-midi". The interface would not allow me to enter the dash "-" in the search field. I could only enter "après", and then I had to page down multiple definitions of "après" before I could find what I needed. Deleted the app after the first try.

Uses the word to define the word
This dictionary is useless. It uses the word you look up in a sentence to define itself which leads to zero understanding. Looked up three words and had to go to the online Larousse to get a real definition then deleted the app.
Best French dictionary
Most complete offline dictionary with simple interface. I compared it to many and this has the most definitions and usages. Should be higher in search list in App Store!
