Hi there, thanks for trying our app and for taking the time to share your feedback! Regarding the odds, our game uses an 8-deck shoe and randomized dealing. The outcome never reacts to your bankroll, your win/loss streak, or your bet size. The dealer's rules are fixed: it hits on 16 or less and on soft 17, and stands on hard 17 or higher. Because of this, any hand the dealer doesn't bust on lands between 17 and 21, and most player hands that stand finish in that same range, which is why so many rounds might feel like they come down to a point or two. We also have a 5-Card Charlie rule: five cards without busting wins automatically and beats a dealer 21. Other players have mentioned that it would be helpful to see the above rules more clearly somewhere in the app, and we agree - we’re working on including this as we speak.
