Just paid for a large stable and did not receive my purchase this is the second time this has happened and developers will not answer in app emails I want my money back
Do not put money into this game
Too many issues and glitches and devs will not contact players to resolve issues I bought several packages and have not received them I sent all info in to support and no response I want my money back
My game was delete I never find out what happen
I been playing the game for a year buying stuff and non of a sudden my farm was delete and month later my main account was delete I talk to dev and they always told me the same thing never fix and it been almost 3 month without it so am out this game is not worth it staying up late playing it if this is going to happen or spending money

Great game, when the developers want it to be
I love this game. Recently the developers have abandoned this app, left players without events or updates. The latest “updates” for bug fixes made the game virtually impossible to play. The players in my server decided among each other to hold off on a weekly Kill Event challenge because those using Google to log in could not play. Now it’s the iOS update that doesn’t work. I just wish they would fix the game so we can have fun again.

Worst Game Ever
Customer service in this game is the worst ever! Customer support hardly replies to any in game problems if there is a customer service at all! Reporting this game as a fraud! This game has absolutely no means of assistance, there are so many bugs and problems with OG West and it just keeps getting worse! I would not recommend OG West to anyone!

This game is great. Graphics are good, the game has an easy learning curve, and the reward system was created with just enough to keep drawing players in and keeping them. Although they encourage you to purchase items, the game is still very playable for those on a limited budget.

There is a player by the name of killer bee who is a hacker
He has single handed taken out an entire gang
Also during the battle for candieland he was occupying the center and attacked me
I was givin no warning and was on the completely opposite side of the state
This should be impossible
So don’t waste your money or time playing this game like I have this is a rip off if support doesn’t heed this call me and several other good players that pay and play are all reporting this issue and some may be filing lawsuits to get reimbursed the money that we feel like has been robbed of us

Worthless
How anyone could get this more than one or two stars is beyond me. And yes I gave it almost 2 months There is absolutely no direction joining a gang is worthless no one would answer questions in the chat. You run out of resources of the night and don’t know how. Everything gets to be too expensive. And there is just too many different levels without any instructions on how to play. And I am a series game in this game was worthless
