Buggy, not optimal for tablets, and dying fast!
This is a fun game, could be better. DO NOT waste your money on this quickly dying game, until they fix some issues! As I write this, the game has not been updated in a year! Even the developer has abandoned this game, much like the players are starting to.
* Can’t type in an entire guild name to search. You can type about 6 or 7 letters to search for a guild, and since it has to be an exact match, and most guild names are much longer than 6-7 letters, you always get “guild does not exist” message. So on my server, every guild recommended has less than 6 members, or is completely dead, and I can see, but can’t search for more lively guilds (by looking at top ranking players).
* There are literally about 2 dozen active people on my server, as far as I can tell from chat and friend searches. The main problem is that there are too many servers. Merge the servers!
* Game will randomly freeze so that you can’t exit the current screen (often during a pop-up with Athena), and have to exit and restart the game.
* Not made for tablets: Doesn’t fit the screen properly so some close buttons, and other things, are barely visible, or not visible at all, so that the game has to be restarted to get out of a given screen.
* After a few minutes of play, things looted will look blank, only displaying the number of items looted (e.g., “x2”), instead of a picture and number.
* Not enough info: Some gameplay and events don’t make sense, and there is no information button you can click.
* Exclamation marks are supposed to mean you’re missing something. In reality, often they mean they want you to buy something, or you never figure out why it’s there. So if you’re a little OCD and you like to clear your exclamation points or dots for the day … forget it. You’ll have some exclamation points forever, no matter what you do. For example, my handbook has an exclamation point for artifact, but that doesn’t open until level 4000, and the exclamation appeared around level 2000, so I’ll be staring at that one for a while (because I have a real life, job, family). There’s also the piggy bank, the game console, and the dungeon “!” that never go away no matter what you do (short of paying cash, which also doesn’t guarantee they’ll go away). How about you change it so that as long as you looked at/acknowledged the “!”, it disappears for the day?
* Fishing: Several attributes don’t have description anywhere (e.g., “Life Nemesis”).
* There’s no good way to find active friends! You can use tickets and look for friends over & over, but most friends suggested haven’t been online for 6 or more days, and it’s the same people over & over, which leads me to believe there are about 2 dozen semi-active players on my server (aka people who have played in the past month). Until a couple weeks ago, you could enter a letter or two and get players whose names started with those letters, but they obviously saw players were doing that, and took out that option, obviously in hopes that when you run out of tickets, you’ll buy more. So you can watch chat and add friends there, but at least on my server, it seems the same 5-8 people are consistently the ones chatting.
* I attempted to move my character to another server, that didn’t seem possible. So instead I decided to create a new character just to see how populated other servers are (there is no server population apparent), and then you can’t delete that other character, or it’s not obvious how to.
* Cheating? Based on the fact that I can fight someone lower level than me, with less characters in their team, and less stars on each character, I assume there are some cheats or jailbreaks going on.

Adding tiny extras
It’s been a year now since launch, and I’d like to say the game has been fun to play.

However, there are 2 little tiny things that would make the game 100% better, and they are both on the “Treasure Chest” screen.
(1) If you could add the ability to skip the chest explosion animation, that would be EPIC. You’ve allowed other animations to be skipped, but never that LONG, very repetitive one.
(2) Since launch, (yes, day 1), I’ve been hoping someone on your team would notice the typo on the same screen, that appears 4 separate times; “getBlue”, “getPurple”, “getOrange”, and “getRed”.

I would have given 5* but …
I put so much time into this game. Had gone past the 4000th level and because I didn’t log in for a few days my account has been wiped. I’ve lost everything. I was playing this game for months, everyday without missing anything. I don’t log in for 6 days due to personal reasons and this happens. I’m just really gutted. Other than this issue, the game was perfect. Events on all the time, lots of opportunities to gain in game currency and obtaining rewards. I love a game based on lots of loot and things to interact with.

I was over level 2000 with a few 6* characters and a bunch of other stuff, didn’t play for a few days and when I came back I had to start from the very beginning, I’ve spent money on this game and now I have lost everything, I was linked to my apple account and now everything’s gone! The game is epic but when I tried to log into my facebook account onto my iPhone because I want to use it on my iPhone but it’s not sending me to my old account that I have on my android that has the same facebook account.
