Oh My Headache: Weather Diary

Oh My Headache brings pressure changes, weather, and your symptom records together. It shows four-level headache-risk guidance from available pressure data and lets you record pain and medication. KEY FEATURES • Pressure-based risk guidance Classifies the latest valid pressure drop as a six-hour equivalent. This is general reference information, not a diagnosis. • Dedicated pressure graph Distinguishes up to 72 hours of available past pressure data from up to 7 days of hourly forecasts for the selected location. • 3-day weather See daily weather, high and low temperature, maximum precipitation probability, and hourly weather, temperature, precipitation probability, and pressure. • Pollen, modelled air quality, and UV In Japan, view observed total pollen and a 10-type seasonal calendar. PM2.5 and dust particles are model estimates. UV includes current, today, and tomorrow hourly forecasts. • Pain diary and notifications Record pain, medication, and notes, review them on a calendar, and choose pressure or weather notifications. • Plans Core features are free. The free plan displays ads and limits some notification choices; the paid plan removes ads and adds notification settings. DATA SOURCES Current and past pressure in Japan uses JMA AMeDAS observations. Hourly and future weather and pressure, overseas weather, and UV use coordinate-based Open-Meteo data (CC BY 4.0), processed for display. PM2.5 and dust particles use CAMS ENSEMBLE model data via Open-Meteo. Pollen observations in Japan use Weathernews Open Data. Availability and forecast accuracy vary by location and provider.
