Have to re download nearly every use
This app fails to load about every other day causing me to have to uninstall and reinstall each time I use it. It’s extremely frustrating!
They fixed a glitch
Apparently, they fixed a major glitch, which had me reinstalling the app every single day I used it and now I don’t have to. So thank you to the creators!

Such a scam. Same complaint as others - no product support. App stops connecting after a few months, just a white screen. Have to reinstall app after each use. Garbage.

I am constantly reinstalling this app. When I plug in my vitality smart cable it recognizes it, but then the screen is blank. After reinstalling it works again. I often have to reinstall the app every day. Please fix this this nerve stimulator, it was expensive and I would like to use it without the hassle!

Frustrating!
When it works it’s fine. However on a weekly basis I have to delete the app and reinstall it. That makes this app pretty worthless when you need it.
App needs reinstall on every use
App does what it’s supposed to do but it’s really tiring to uninstall and reinstall every time it’s used. Without uninstall and reinstall it won’t run my device.

The UI page does not load when connecting the cable. We have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work….second time writing this issue…

Keep getting message to unlock volume limit, which is not available in iOS 15.2.1, so my device is useless.

This is a great app for healing but I have to delete and reinstall everyday because the ui is blank.

Have to delete and redownload it to get it to work it freezes white screen after a day. Please patch and update.

I live the results but the app needs improvement
The VNS has been a godsend for my health but the app could use improvement. I do have to uninstall and reinstall at least once a week.
