Ohana Events

Every conference has a second agenda. The keynotes are on the official app. The dinners, the rooftop mixers, the 6am run clubs are here. Ohana Events is an independent guide to the unofficial events that happen around Salesforce ecosystem conferences. Not just the big one in September, but the whole circuit: the developer conference in spring, and the community conferences that run all year, in cities on several continents. BROWSE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT See the whole unofficial week before you sign up for anything. Filter by night, event type or neighborhood. Search events, hosts and venues in one bar. PICK YOUR CONFERENCE Switch conferences and the entire app reshapes around it. The feed, the map and the hosts all follow. Your saves come with you from one stop to the next. GET IN Some events take an instant RSVP. Invite-only dinners and receptions are request based: you send a short note, and the host approves, waitlists or declines. You always know where you stand. THE ADDRESS UNLOCKS WHEN YOU ARE IN Plenty of the best events keep their exact location private so they do not get crashed. You see the neighborhood up front to plan your night, and the full address plus a map pin appears the moment you are registered or approved. KNOW WHO IS BEHIND IT Every listing names the community, user group, partner or sponsor hosting it, so you are not deciding based on a stranger's name. YOUR WEEK IN ONE PLACE Everything you save lands on a running schedule, sorted by day, instead of six calendar invites and a group chat. MEET PEOPLE, ON YOUR TERMS Swap contact details only when you both agree. Your private details are never shown to another attendee unless you accept. FOR HOSTS Communities, user groups, partners and sponsors can list their events where attendees are already looking. Run an open RSVP or approve people yourself, keep the venue private until you are ready, see your roster, and check people in at the door from your phone. Free to browse. Free to register.
