Stuck on download - will not install
It would be great to have a map, messages, and current info easily available for the event. But all it does is spin endlessly - says it’s loading but it never finishes or opens up. The ticket pricing seems sufficient to hire people to fix this.

App hangs up on “downloading content” then “hang tight still downloading” and just pinwheels forever. Please fix

App has been “downloading content” for over 3 hours. It’s stuck or broke. Perhaps it will work by fest time, but for now it’s non-functioning.
