O'Hare's Adventure I

Explore an vast cavern, solve puzzles, and gather valuable treasures in this old-school adventure game! Can you find all twelve hidden treasures in this colossal cave? A remake of the classic 1980s text adventure "O'Hare's Adventure #1: The Cavern of Riches" for the Commodore 64 computer. But the traditional command-line parser has been replaced with intuitive buttons showing what the player can do at each step. No need to type commands onto a tiny on-screen keyboard. The original Cavern of Riches game by John O'Hare was itself a simplified version of the classic Crowther and Woods adventure game known as Colossal Cave. We have stayed faithful to John O'Hare's retelling, except that we did re-introduce the birdcage as an inventory item from the Crowther and Woods version. We also "wrapped" the game within a frame story about a grandfather recounting his youthful adventure stories to his granddaughter. Please try out this mobile remake of a classic adventure game!
