O’Henrys has been my favorite coffee place in town since I moved to Bham. Their roasting process leads to a delicious coffee! I love buying their beans for home and the way they mix drinks you get a great blend of the flavor of the beans without being overpowered by flavoring many other places.
Pickup
I placed an order for pick up. There should be an option for as soon as possible.
Convenient
App is convenient when on the way to work. I wish the seasonal drinks would update because I do have to call to order when I want one in advance.

I’ve been a fan for over 5 years. They’ve never missed a beat in service nor product quality.
Feature Request
It would seem order history could include in store purchases since reward points are maintained in both mobile app and store app.

I went in to get a coffee when I saw one of the baristas do a little dance, i laughed and complimented her dance and then she did it again while handing me my order just making the experience that much more delightful!

Too many “pay now’s”
The app requires me to hit pay now 4 times before finalizing my purchase. It also requires me to continuously re-choose my payment method instead of using the same one as last time.
App Registration Broken
You can’t register in the app as the keyboard blocks you hitting the register button.
Needs maintenance
There are so many items that are never updated back into the app, and they continuously say out of stock. Because of this, I end up calling my order in which further frustrates the employees because they are busy and then have to take a phone order. I am told by them to order through the app, and I am happy to, but it doesn’t seem like the app accurately represents what is available in the store

Not sure the managers name but I’ve been wanting to leave this review for a while. That guy, he is top notch baby! Couldn’t ask for a better GM. I hope ohenrys knows what a gem they have.
Great app, could use a little more info
For people like me, with dietary restrictions, wouldn’t mind the app having a little more information on the menu items, like caffeine content of the different coffees and teas, and dairy and gluten acknowledgments, simple stuff like that.

Just recently moved to birmingham and I have been going to the one in highland on my way to work and ithe coffee is always amazing and everybody is super nice! :)
Excellent App, Even better coffee
The app works great and allows you to order ahead and pick up - no issues there at all. More importantly- O’Henry’s coffee is the best on the planet. This app allows you to get that coffee faster. Win/Win.
