Old app was better
Ever since they replaced the app there has been issues on issues on issues and it’s so annoying having to call the bank all the time because the app isn’t as functional

I absolutely love the new app for Ohio healthcare mobile. You can see everything in one place. And you can absolutely do everything you need to thank you for changing.

It would be nice to have a full page instead of have what appears to be a mobile size. I use my iPad most of the time.
Prehistoric banking!!!
Worthless…says i’m locked out after resetting my password…no option to add external account like old app disrupting my payment schedules…great job ohfcu every company auto transfers these types of accounts…closing my acct and going to institution that’s not in the flintstone era…
More like a bank statement
Only one complaint! I wish it was set up like the old Bank Statements. You get a beginning balance & each transaction that is taken out there is a new balance. Would be easier to keep track of funds (at least for me) 😊
Bugs Need Fixed
When it functions properly it’s just as good as any other banking app. However, it seems like half the time I log in, it’s a different banking app for loans and not for my checking/savings accounts. I can’t view my balances or transactions at all. The website isn’t any better. And now that I’ve received one access code, there doesn’t seem to be an option to resend a new one. Not very good multi factor authentication. The old website and app were way better and actually functional.

Deposits!
The camera will not allow me to take a photo of my check after numerous attempts and rebooting. This happens sporadically. Yet, NOW, I need to make a mobile deposit.

My account info does not pull up. I see nothing but a drop down on the left that gives you the option to pay a friend and nothing more. Horrible.

Not enough options
I have downloaded the new app for the credit union, and I’m having just as many problems as I did with the old one. I put in my username and password but when you get to the authentication screen there is nothing, no number pops up through text or email to enter. There are no prompts to reset, all you can do is cancel and try again just to end up the same way you started. This is ridiculous. They said that this was supposed to be better. Yeah right!! 👎🏾
