I have found so many great beers and great breweries thanks to this app. You’d be surprised how often you are close to a brewery, even in Ohio’s hinterlands. This app helps you find them, and gives you a heads-up on what they offer. Cheers!

Tracking to deter from visiting
So the problem I had with this app was that I had to follow the hours on the app vs the hours on google or the brewery site otherwise I got an email about how i checked in outside of hours. You also have to check in during operating hours which means if you forget when you visit you have to come back during normal hours even if you spent money at that location. Also hours and operations information is not accurate in the app and administrators admit they are not in email. When I complained they wanted me to share every time it wasn’t accurate which is more than not. I also am afraid to check in a spot when they are actually open because if based on this app they aren’t technically it doesn’t count. Their app is end all be all without having sufficient staff to manage

Slow and not user friendly
Downloaded it as I am doing the Dayton Ale Trail. This trail has multiple breweries in different “areas” of Ohio. Tried adding them to the same list - that function doesn’t exist. You have to create multiple trails I guess. The app is also incredibly slow.

Missing a lot of Ohio Breweries
Like the app and what is has to offer. I went to 3 breweries today and none of them were on the app, and you can’t stamp your passport. Needs a major update.
Newest update
Lots of issues with newest update with one day maps not working and today the app isn’t working at all.
Unreliable
I enjoy the features of this app when it works. Ever since the update the app takes forever to load, and the contents SOMETIMES show up. Developers, please fix!
Keeps freezing since last update
The app just stays on the initial screen and won't let me do anything.
Problem
The app won’t advance past the welcome screen. Was planning on hitting some breweries, but won’t be able to check in. Anyone else experiencing this?
Nice try but so far from the goal line
Tried to claim reward but will not let you go beyond zip code. Really not much point to this app as untapp is far better

Since the update, I’ve been unable to get beyond the home screen. I open the app and it stays frozen on the home screen with Combustion’s logo. Beyond that, I cannot get anywhere to use the app. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This app is a lot of fun, and has led me to hidden gems in small towns.
Love the app; hate the update
I loved this app and all the fun experiences and new friends it’s brought into my life. The recent app overhaul, though, not so much. The new features are nice, but why is the text so ridiculously small? In the next update, please consider increasing the font size and/or allowing users to manually magnify/expand the info on their screen. Thanks!
