I don’t get why it’s so hard
I don’t get why I can’t log into the app when I am logged into the website no issues. Makes me not want to attend events. I have this issue way too often
Osu should just use the regular Ticketmaster app. It’s like MyChart. What’s the point of a universal app for this when every college has their own version. Absolutely mental.

Can’t listen!!!
The only reason I downloaded this app was to listen to Ohio State. It worked all season, but when I tried to tune in to listen to the first round of March Madness the Buckeyes game wasn’t on. Super annoying!

Just let me access my tickets through the TicketMaster app. Why do I need to download another app?
Absolutely Awful
Nearly every week, when I sign on to access tickets, this app tells me that no account is found with that user namer and password. The I have to change my password. I changed it about 80 times in two years. I understand having to change passwords regularly for security reasons,but has nothing to do with security. It’s telling me that I don’t have an account. Just plain stupid.

Embarrassing app for a big university
I can’t access my student football tickets without deleting and reinstalling the app weekly. It crashes and is annoying to navigate. Please fix it.

I don’t know why everybody is rating this so bad. Yeah there might have been bugs in the past but they recently fixed the bugs and I love how the sports games they notify you when a game starts and the final score of the game

Would expect better from this site. Merging my Ticketmaster account with this app has been a disaster. I thought it was fixed, but apparently not the case.

How many times do you have to sign in and out of this app and Ticketmaster? About 2 thousand times, I don’t think this experience could be any worse if you tried.
WORST app EVER
I’ll never buy tickets again though this horrid app. They say they update it every 10 minutes but it’s still worthless. Constantly asking for log in. Fix this horrid app or use another platform.
