You can just go to the turnpike web site to calculate fares. No value for &0.99

Outdated app...

Purchased this app and the PA turnpike app for our trip in late December and was very unimpressed. Some of the service plazas listed as open were completely demolished and obviously not there. Some of the service plazas listed as opening soon had been open for months. There is no accurate traffic information, so overall the app was useless. You are better off using the Turnpike websites for up-to-date service and traffic/construction information.
