Superb Device
I am genuinely impressed with the Ohm Assistant device. It’s provided me with valuable insights into my household’s energy usage, which I hadn’t realised before. For instance, I learned the importance of equal load distribution across each phase. previously, whenever I used a heavy appliance in my hall, it would trip the circuit. Through Ohm Assistant, I understood that this was due to an uneven load on one phase, so I redistributed it, and it’s been working smoothly ever since.
The device also highlighted the unexpectedly high energy consumption of certain appliances, like my remote- controlled fan.
Additionally, whenever I am away from home, I can monitor if any energy consuming appliances like the geyser or AC are left on. Real time tracking keeps me informed and helps me manage energy efficiently.

Great App
This app is very useful for energy tracking. I can optimise my usage accordingly.
Not working well
The bot simply shows “Offline” most of the time. What’s the use! Also only daily graph is visible. The monthly and yearly bars that were available before are no longer seen.

Doesn’t work anymore and zero support
It used to work in a very inconsistent way. Now it’s stopped working altogether and there’s no response when I request help. It’s a good concept but very bad execution. A pointless waste of money.
Not happy
I have purchased this device few months back, but it does not deliver the promised.
There is hardly any accuracy in capturing the consumption by devices and most of the times 60-70% units come under Others.
The device needs a lot of improvement in terms of capturing consumption by devices, you cannot rely on continuous feeds and device being online sharply 24*7.
This is India and there will be some drops in connectivity.
Rather having a small memory within the device which captures the data points and relays when connectivity is good.
This small change in overall arc can be a game changer.

Amazing Device to control Electricity Bill
I got it installed 2 months back and the revelations are mind boggling. For past 10 years I couldn’t understand what is constant energy guzzler in my home and only OHM has opened my eyes that it is our Fridge. In last 2 months I have been monitoring my usage and now my entire family is energy conscious. Every one must have this device in their home. Moreover their customer support is also very satisfactory. I would pray that this startup gets success and we all collectively save millions of unit. I am having 2 units of 3 phase devices in my home.
