Please update the app to fix the cropped image
After the latest update once you upload the videos they’re cropped and it doesn’t show the full screen of the video… before the update the app was great just had to fix the crashes but other than that I live this app! Please fix it soon that way I don’t have to got on the hunt for another editing app!!! 🙏

I’m not able to make a subscription purchase
I’m trying to make a purchase however the app pop up isn’t allowing me to continue and I deleted the app and redownloaded it but to no avail it’s not working and I’m not sure how to go about this.

Very good photo and video editing app! Unique experience in UI in terms of editing! On iPad it’s amazing too! I would like to suggest to you, if you could add to create our own flavours. sometimes!! I would like to save certain Tunes (like a preset!) I’ve been using it for years!! ♥️✌🏽
All of a sudden doesn’t work?
Won’t let me renew my subscription, I checked my payment options and everything is good to go. Re installed the app, tried to resubscribe and it won’t. I just used it yesterday

Great photo editing app
I have been using this app for years and it has always been great. It’s very easy to use and makes pictures look wonderful. Recently it was crashing constantly, and after reaching out to the Instagram profile, the creators provided great customer service. They communicated complications and as soon as the app was fixed they reached out to let me know.

Crashing app
I used to love this app. I paid for the year subscriptions in the past and it was great. But for the past month the app crashes anytime I try to do any editing within it. I reached out to the developers who said it would be fixed, but it still has not been. Very disappointing as I had just renewed my subscription right before this started happening.

App keeps crashing making it completely unusable, will be stopping my auto renewal
Used to be good
But fell off, bugs have gone unfixed… almost caught me up with another $20 yearly renewal, nooooope. It’s like you took everyone’s money and let this app burn..
lights FX error
Love love love this app, but the light FX tab regularly doesn't work when I am editing. The effects don't appear as any layer on the image but I can tap through the function as if working.. please fix ! I have used it so successfully in the past.
Love app but it often doesn’t work
I love this app so much and I have used it ever since it came out. However lately I cannot use it at all because every time I go to the filters section it just automatically closes the app. This is the whole reason I use it and there’s no support available, and when you try to click on apps support within the App Store it says cannot connect to server. It seems to be a problem for a lot of people and I would really love to see this fixed.

Did not work once
I didn’t even make it past the free trial. The app looks really good but every time I tried to use it it would kick me out, wasn’t able to edit a single photo. I tried deleting and downloading the app a few times, still didn’t work. I have an iPhone13 not sure if it’s just not compatible or if it’s the app. Super bummed.

App no longer working…
I payed till April and my app has stopped working. This app used to be good but lately it started having mayor issues… like not saving edited pictures and taking way to long to upload. Too bad… used to be good and now going down hill…
Mediocre
I purchased this app quite some time ago, seems they continue to drive up the price mid subscription and since then the app has only gotten worse in quality. Constantly crashes, won’t upload my videos for editing, and when things do manage to upload, I’ll be working on a photo mid-edit and you have to start all over again because it double pastes a filter after you “flatten the image” and looks nothing like the filter. On top of the fact I’ve somehow been double charged for one app and TWO subscriptions for the last several months. Really unimpressed

I ain’t no expert when it comes to editing but I love how easy it is playing with All the flavors and how beautiful I can make my pictures!
Good editing app
I love this app, but it CONSTANTLY crashes. In the middle of an edit and boom, crashes. Once the bugs are fixed the app will be amazing.
Was phenomenal until the update
Loved this app for 2 years, then after a recent update it started crashing left and right when simply looking through flavors. Also it’s kinda crazy that there’s no “undo” button. It’d also be nice if there was an option to save your edits as a preset so you didn’t have to do all the steps for each photo. IDK feels like the old version of the app was way better, plus it had a dark theme which was easy on the eyes and now everything is white. I miss the old version dearly.

Good but some changes could make it great
I like the app I use it a lot after I do my initial edits in Lightroom and makes it easier for a nice flare than pulling it into photoshop. My only complaints are I do a lot of editing on my iPad and it crashes a lot or freezes where I can’t get past the photo select screen. That and I wish it could rotate to landscape. The way the app locks into portrait mode is more of an inconvenience when laying down or charging while I’m editing. That and options for export would be nice such as tiff, jpg quality, original etc. small things that I know I would make me use this app more than just the occasional photos for my feeds. Still a good app but has its draw backs.
