Based on Delavan and Danfoss nozzles, this is an essential tool for the oil burner engineer, this nozzle output calculator is set up to give a guide to the outputs given by both Delavan from Danfoss nozzles at a given pump pressure. It will calculate burner and boiler outputs in kW based on pump pressure, nozzles size and boiler efficiency inputs. Easy to use, the calculator covers Kerosene (Class C2) and Gas Oil (Class D) fuels (to BS2869) and all Danfoss nozzle types and Delevan AWB types, it is suitable for all makes of Pressure Jet Oil burners that use Danfoss Nozzles. It is worth noting that different nozzle manufacturers use different reference pressures, so they may not give the same output as Danfoss. No more guesswork or manual calculations, this essential tool will guide you to achieving the correct nozzle settings for your oil burner…. it’s so simple.

This is a great app ,I’ve used it countless times and is a quick and easy to use tool.
This app doesn’t work with the latest iOS update tho:(

Great app until OS11

Shame that EOGB haven’t bothered to update the app. We all used this so much which helps a lot in the field when selecting Burners oil nozzles. As a paid for app this is shameful really. App makers were warned long ago about transferring from 32bit tech to 64bit tech final killing 32bit in OS11.

Nozzle Calculator

Highly recommended for any oil technician who prides in getting it right. I have been at it 5 years now and find this very helpful for getting the right nozzle for the right output. Wish OFTEC would come on board and recommend this during training. Thanks EOGB.
