Wirklich tolle App
Tolle App, die sehr schöne Ergebnisse produziert, auch wenn das User Interface übersichtlicher und intuitiver gestaltet sein könnte. Und, warum bekomme ich auf dem iPad nur eine winzige Box angezeigt, wenn ich Bilder aus meiner Library öffnen möchte? Warum nicht den vollen Bildschirm nutzen? (iPad 12,9) Das bitte auf jeden Fall beheben, dann gibt’s 5 Sterne.

Is it fraud?
I purchased the app and cannot find it functional at all. I wrote for help four times to there help center and never got a response. Did I actually get buncoed? How can I get my money back. This is both very irritating and a waste of a lot of time.

We travel and I take photos. Love choosing a few and my daughter and I love to see them interpreted through Oilist. I often keep the results and they bring me happiness when they come up in the photo carousel.

The styles of the paintings they give you look bad. I was hoping for more realistic painting styles and sketches / drawing styles

Greatest App for Art Lovers everywhere -essential
I do Photography, Abstract Art and Design and have tested this App with many different types of picture - high quality Photos, Abstract Art of my own and it’s incredible!!! What you do is simply select the Photo or Picture you want use and then select a Famous Painter and one of their styles then the App shows you the original picture then wipes it leaving white and starts painting. It does not paint like a Painter and looks odd to begin with and over time more and more detail is added. Then when you like what you see you tap a button to save it. It keeps running continuously, slowly adding more detail. There are many different styles, so one picture can be made to come out many different ways. The results look like Paintings of different styles and are convincing. I have tested this App thoroughly and recommend it as a tool for Artists to relax with and for anyone at all who loves Art. If you have read this far then buy this App now and be deeply happy with. It will bring you joy and relaxation as the pictures form before you over time. 10/10

User not in control
Can’t tell what it’s doing as it paints all over at once. Can’t tell when it’s finished, would be good to have progress bar. Options should come first, before painting begins, as don’t know whether it’s making a difference during painting processes. Also, didn’t look like what was shown previously while selecting style.

Really Fun App!
I’m a Decoupage Artist & Photographer. Use many of my own photos in my art creations. This app allows me the freedom to ‘paint’ my photos like famous artists (even though I don’t paint) Absolutely love the Maxfield Parrish version. I photographed a rose at night, then used the app. Seriously cool results!

Отлично! Но что делать с памятью?
Отличное приложение! Действительно 5-6 мб на каждое сохранённое изображение, и на качество и размер его никак не возможно повлиять. Это минус.
Причём дополнительно забивается память устройства в среднем на 300 мб (в настройках видно размер самого приложения и «документы и данные»+300 мб) минут через 10 работы и после выхода и даже перезагрузки не освобождается. И как её выгрузить эту массу из приложения после использования не понятно. И это критично в условиях постоянной нехватки памяти.
Приходится удалять и снова перестанавливать это приложение, чтобы освободить место на устройстве.
Вопрос к разработчикам: это ведь баг? Если да, то когда собираетесь исправлять? Или может кто знает как можно выгружать неиспользуемые данные из приложения после работы с ним без переустановки?

Useless
Totally useless app. Distorts pictures where the pictures does not make any sense even when used with the setting very little distortion. It is like putting a multi colored paint bucket on your photo/pic and smudging it. Not recommended at all. I will not use it even if it was for free.
