Great app for tracking machine maintenance
My owners manual for my zero turn lawnmower, didn’t give part numbers for filters and various other consumables. It took considerable research to find that information, but once I had it I entered the information into this app. The time spent was well worth the effort. The data seamlessly synchronizes into iCloud and all of my devices.

No customer service response
Bought app and it’s not what I read. Tried to get help but no response. Asked again and want to cancel and reverse charge and no response. I would not recommend it.
Great app! Great value for the price.
For an inexpensive app it delivers way beyond expectations! I’m happy to work through the minor things I would want to have for the rest of what this app delivers not to mention how responsive the developer has been with great suggestions for using it outside the way it was originally intended.
Very good app but needs Serious Tweaking!
This is a really necessary app for the conscientious machine owner and a great idea.
For the most part it is very practical and applicable. However, it lacks user directions so is not very user friendly and is missing some important data collection categories for some parts that are provided for others; eg. suggested spark plug gaps for some machinery but not others; model and serial number spaces for some but only model for others. Overall very useful and appreciated.

Good but needs additional maintenance field
Unable to add or track other maintenance such as blades. Lots of miscellaneous parts are helpful to track. Snow blower paddles and scraper blades for example. Currently adding to notes but it should be maintenance item

I asked for my company equipment brands to be added and in less than hour maybe two app had everything I asked for and for other equipment in fleet they said they would make happen and to add that much takes time so very pleased to use this app thanks to you and your team
Good app. Needs a few things
Just got the app and I really like it for the most part. There is a lot of good thought into maintenance intervals and storing part numbers.
This has been mentioned but I will also say it. We need a way to manually add some categories. I own some classic tractors a bobcat and multiple trailers that I would like to track on this. I looked in the + to add and I only see fixed categories. I don’t see where my Bobcat or a tractor fits in. I can put it under mowers but that’s not what they are.
Like I said. Good app just as some customization for some of us who live outside the norm.

One improvement to make it perfect
Overall, the layout, functionality and ease of use are good. The one thing missing that would make this a 5 star all in one service app would be the option to add in custom maintenance reminders. Right now it basically tracks oil, spark plugs and filters. ie. My power washer requires service to the high pressure fuel pump every X months and Y hours. My generator recommends spark arrester cleaning and battery maintenance. There is currently no way to add in these service reminders. Add this option to the app and it will most definitely fulfill exactly what it set out to do.

Great to see this App. Has nearly all the features that I need. I have one engine that displays total hours of operation. The apps recording of engine hours does not support the ability to add total hours.
Great App, Could use additional flexibility
I just downloaded this app, and my first impression is that it is very well laid out, and easy to use. I really like the ability to input serial #’s and purchase dates. As a person with a lot of equipment for a homeowner, being able to track the work I have done to maintain it all in one place is great. The basic interface makes it quick and easy to log information directly into my iPad.
My first issue is that I have two mowers that aren’t listed; a Cub Cadet ProZ 100S EFI, and a John Deere LT150. I also have a Husqvarna 350 chainsaw that isn’t listed, and a Troy-Bilt tiller. Three of these were big-box purchases, and the fourth is a pretty common commercial mower. I mean, you’ve got Yazoos on the list....
My second request would be for the ability to enter generic equipment with readily available small engines. For instance, I have a Cad-Digger with a Predator engine. I wouldn’t expect it to be worth the effort to add machines like this to an option list, but being able to create a custom machine description and attach the off-the-shelf engine to the equipment would be great. In addition to that, the ability to have a notes section for machine-specific parts (like the hydraulics of my digger) would allow me to log service information that relates only to this odd machine.
Last, I would love to see the ability to add small tractors to this app. I want to log all my maintenance in one place, and that includes a sub-compact Kubota tractor (BX series). If there were a way to integrate compact and sub-compact tractors into the list, it would be amazing. I do realize that this app is aimed at small engines, so compacts may be a stretch, but common sub-compacts like the BX and Deere 1000 series would be amazing. A lot of homeowners are buying these instead of lawn tractors these days.
In summary, I like the app a lot so far. Three stars because a handful of my small equipment isn’t available on the list currently. It would get four if it was all there, and five if it had the function to create custom equipment using common engines and maintenance features that are already in the app.

Not every model is currently available in the database. If you do not see your model after selecting the brand, you can add your model number by tapping the "+" button.

Not exactly sure what you mean, but the app is designed for machines with small engines, as stated in the description. Maintenance tracking for vehicles (cars, trucks) is not currently supported, but may be added in a future release.
Not what I expected
The app seems like a great concept, but it’s very very limited. They give you a preset of like 12-15 small engines to choose from, and that’s it. You can’t enter in your own equipment, or call it what you want. I have hundreds of small engines and no where near half are listed. I would like to see user customization added to this app. Since we have to pay for it, it’s not worth the money for what it is. It would be alright if you had only a few items, but notepad in your phone would work just as well and it’s free. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone unless they add more features and allow the user more freedom with the app.

The functionality of the app and database are completely dependent on specific machine types. Available parts and services are derived from the machine type. For example, if you choose lawnmower, the app automatically adds lawnmower blade as a part and blade sharpening as a service. Without this specificity, the app would have no functionality beyond notepad or a spreadsheet. There are currently 16 machine types, as specifically listed in the app description. More machine types will be added in the future upon request, if they fit into the scope of the app. As stated in the description, the app is designed for machines with small engines, and support for some types of equipment, such as automobiles or large machinery, is currently not planned.
Just what I needed!
Worth the money I spent. Since my equipment was not in the system, I just sent a request in and voila! Updated database. The dev seems to be good about updates to the DB.
Finally!
This is the app I have been wanting for! I can throw away the maintenance spreadsheets I have printed off in the garage. No more searching through books trying to figure out what spark plug I need for the snowblower in the store. Gone are the days of dumping new oil from the lawnmower in the spring that had been changed in the fall. The shopping list is a bonus feature. This is brilliant.
