This is ridiculous.
I canceled my Oily Tools months ago and I continue to be charged $6.99 every single month for the App. I have contacted customer support via email: they told me I have to cancel subscription through the app so I made sure it was canceled and it sure was! And since then I have been charged $40+ dollars from this company and I want my money returned. I do t understand how this continues to happen.

Don’t bother
No longer provides what it says it does. No in or out of stock or new member notifications. Basically good to give you an approximate idea of your commission check ( even that is off more often than not.) Currently not worth its price tag.

Sadly this app is not being kept updated. It was initially a very good app. For the annual price I pay, not having a efficient service to this app is very disappointing. I won’t be renewing at this point. Nothing is populating I the app as of October 1, 2020. None of the administrators to the group app on FB not support by email are responding. Zero customer support at this point so don’t waste your money.

Love hate relationship with the app
What I love: intuitive & easy to use, clean clear design. A must at month end if your trying to hit a rank or you need to see who’s ER didn’t process. Convenient to have on my phone when you can’t access VO. Easy to find a information on my team. I love seeing an estimate of my earning and seeing what a difference the next rank would pay. Especially what you would make as a RCD!!!
What I hate: it only stores two months of data and then it’s gone, so you can’t compare year over year or even 3 months ago. It constantly freezes and you have to close the app and reopen to get it to work.
I gave it 4 stars because I still think it was worth the money especially as the cost is a tax deduction!

I’ve sent multiple emails over the past several months to cancel and no one will respond. I will now be forced to do a charge back to stop being charged.
What’s happened?
I had had this app for a couple years now and and it’s always been great...until the last couple months. I will refresh for updates in the afternoon and it will still only show early morning results. My home page doesn’t always reflect the number of new members I have, and if I try to look at more than a few screens, it locks up. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice and powered off my phone but nothing helps. Now I have to go to the VO to get my data if I want anything quickly. When I contacted customer support they tell me to be patient. It’s been 6 months. Maybe it’s time for an update??

Dragging behind
The last couple of weeks oily tools has not been working properly. It takes two or three days for it to show the updates. What’s going on with it?
Not worth the monthly fee
For 6.99 a month you will know your commission in real time, that is all the app is good for. Reports on downline are what you can find on your virtual office for FREE. This app gives no in stock alerts, no sale notifications and no product information.
You have to pay to use this
I was fine with paying for the app but the description should disclose that the app is not usable without a subscription! And the app should be free if you are paying a monthly fee!
Update button doesn’t work
This only syncs/updates every 8-12 hours (or longer like today is 14+hours where it won’t update) which is frustrating when I am trying to see updates that have been processed through my online dashboard but won’t show on the app.

Concept is great and so is app when it works. Does not update frequently enough and the update button does nothing. Also frequently freezes. Please fix!
There is no way to get in touch with them
I have had biz app for over a year and it does work great! I love the features and the info it gives you. However, if you ever have a problem, the only way to get in touch is an email address. And unfortunately, no one responds to this. I have sent multiple emails over the past month and have never gotten a reply. For this reason, I don’t want to continue on using it.

Great app but ipad support is a joke
This app has great features however it does not support Landscape view on ipad which renders it very annoying.
Not updating nor refreshing!
The past 1-2 weeks the app has stopped updating and refreshing during the day. It’s down to once a day updates and that is NOT helping me keep track of my business the way I would and the way I initially paid for!
Needs Work!
This is a great app WHEN it works! Many YL leaders rely on this app especially at the end of the month. That’s when I’m noticing delays in updates. Technical support is failing to address the issues with instructions that do not fix the problem.
