App issues are a nightmare - you’re losing business !
Hi Oishi Team. I am a regular (ordering at least once a week for the last year). I have complained about the app before with a promise to ‘inform the owners’. I literally have to delete the app and download it again every time I want to order. This is inconvenient and takes 15 minutes or so. I ended up using Uber eats to get food from you earlier this week. Please sort this out. Not only are your drivers excellent, but your food is great, and you could really drive business growth and if you can sort this out… it’s also a problem that the orders aren’t updated in terms of time, and there is a generic 60 minutes wait time applied to every order. Pity about the app
Love the sushi, but the app is terrible. I’ve created account previously, but now when I tried to place an order I had to create a new account. No time for that.
Poor app
The app offers no way of tracking an order or seeing the past order with status etc. It also Doesn’t give any indication of delivery time. Good sushi but not worth the admin and confusion of ordering through this app
Sad app
The app provides no advantage over website ordering. There see no history features to review previous orders, u can’t track, there’s no interaction, u r sent to WhatsApp for follow up. Baylika
Good sushi but poor app
The sushi was tasty, but the actual app is not great. No indication of delivery time until you’ve placed the order (something which might affect whether one orders or not). No ability to track the delivery through the app (but you do get an Sms, with a link to track it, but it doesn’t update properly - my food was delivered 15 mins late and the app still said it’s ok time for delivery). Finally, one has the option to add special comments in the order, but they are ignored.
