Timezones bug
The app is very basic but it does the job, the only major issue is timezones- I’m in Sydney and the scheduler seems to add the extra +10-11 hours on top of the current time which makes it horribly painful to work with

Device was terrible and app was zero help. First screen is just a QR code scanner and it will not scan thermostat qr code. I tried taking a picture, printing. App doesn’t say where the serial number is but has a place to enter it. None of the numbers on the device are recognized. Support was an answering machine that hung up

Could be a lot better
Needs better UX and the energy monitoring is very poor
Awful Amateurish App
This app is terrible. It’s partially the app but it’s also the way the thermostats get registered. There’s no excuse for such an amateurish approach to any smart home component. There’s also no excuse for the lack of integration into the available smart home fabrics like HomeKit.
Please fix the app .
It will not find the QR code . Fix urgently
