The app is actually terrible they need to fix it up or have somebody else run the website confusing can’t leave a review there for support doesn’t show estimates for the ride no C.s they just need to have a better app

Worst taxi experience ever driver sat there and argued with me because he thought I wasn’t going to pay him after informing person that I would give it to him at the my destination and leave my purse in the car so he would know I wont walk off . He decided to keep arguing with me and proceeded to assume I was going to walk away or not pay him for the ride at all. Even after telling the taxi driver MULTIPLE TIMES I WILL BE GIVING YOU THE MONEY AT THE DESTINATION .When we reached the destination I gave him the money full in cash. I don’t think I should have to deal with arguments and debates when I stated I will be giving them money , but he still choose to argue with me and assume. very Ghetto ,unethical, and not a put together business at all terrible and horrible .

The app does not work. I downloaded it and it told me to log in so I put in my phone number and it said to enter the verification code and I never got it

I haven’t used the service. You can only pay using cash. Who in today’s gig economy walks around with wads of cash enough to pay and tip for luxury car service?

Best cab ride
The driver I had was excellent. He had open the door for me and my wife. He got outside destination on time with no problems. We also asked him if he would be able to come back and pick us up later on that night. And yes he was able to come back and pick us up right on time that we asked him to be there. This car service is a relaxing car service that I would recommend to all my friends and family and I think you should also.
