Can’t reset password - network error. Developers’s website doesn’t work and no contact information.
Verification code not work
Waste app cannot be downloaded as no verification code comes
Zip code wrong
I have notified the company that the zip code is wrong several times but nothing changed. It causes problems because I keep getting information that is wrong. I’m following where my children are and it is NOT where they are please check the zip codes!!!

Product is actually good but app stopped working. Network error. Think the company doesn’t exist. Stay away

Recently I lost connection with my daughter ojoy watch. Come out network error.
Keep Network error..
Map can’t load, keep network error. Try logout and login again and it straight can’t even login anymore.. this app getting worst and worst.
Too many issues
The idea of the watch is great but it hardly ever works. The battery drains within a few hours, the tracking signal gets lost and the watch needs to be restarted, messages and calls don’t get through.... we already had it replaced once but now we have no more warranty and we’d need to spend another 90 dollars to get it fixed... might as well buy another watch from a different brand.

Totally not worth the money
Location inaccurate. Watch Unable to power on within 2 months from purchase.
Lousy app.
I like the functions in the app. That’s why I bought it. But nothing is working! Couldn’t track my son, location not real time, doesn’t get sms notifications ,steps count doesn’t work. Very disappointed.

My kids are having daily issues, unable to receive messages. unable to call out, minimum restart 2 times before going back to normal.
GPS not accurate is still understandable. The consistent issues even after doing a swap for faulty unit.

This watch and app are CRAP.
3rd watch replacement in 2 months. None of them worked properly. Customer service is email only. No calls, nothing immediate, and they are in Milwaukee not China.
No alert for msg receive
Previously the alert works well when my child send me any msg, but suddenly there is no alert on my Hp for new msg received, and I need to go into the app to check if my child send any msg. I’ve check the setting on my Hp, and same things happening for my husband’s HP too
Selection of MAP usage
I recently bought the watch and installed app (20 days back) in via so store. Added my wife and myself we are in the list of contacts but none of our calls happening to reach the kid I even disabled option "block strangers call" and checked the Tower signal from the phone which looks and navigation is working.
At need we are not able call our child I feel a waste of investment.

Great app could use more customizable features
This watch does almost everything a Gizmo can do. We have two on our AT&T plan for just $10 per month, one for my 7 year old and one did my 8 year old. I just wish there was a way to edit/customize the watches preset text messages, the Gizmo allows you to.
Location not good, Chat screen not moved up enough
1. Chat screen cover the last message so cannot press to listen to the chat message.
2. Location is quite off. My child is in school but the location shows outside school across 2 roads at bus stop!

Phone cannot receive notification after updating to ver 1.6
Hi. After updating to ver 1.6 on my iPhone Max, I can't receive any notification when my daughter msgs me.
I uninstall and re-installed the app again, but still problem persist.
Same problem with my wife iPhone.
This problem only happen after updating the app to ver 1.6. It's was working ok with ver 1.5.
Please feedback to the developer andtry to resolve asap please.

Watch Wifi cannot be set
Hi, just wanted to feed back that I cannot set the Watch Wifi. Whatever wireless network I added to the watch through the phone app, it continues to show “To Be Verified”. Why is this so?
This watch has been awful
I went through a couple back n forth with the watch company as they sent me a watch that did not work. The company did a great job with customer service sending me another one quickly- although it did not include a pre paid box/ envelope.
The real issue is that my son’s watch keeps sending fake SOS messages to not only me as the Administrator but to everyone on his call list. I was holding the watch and it sent a SOS to my family without me pressing it. Getting a false warning to check on my son is not worth this hassle to me.
