В прошлом году все работало, сегодня дочь принесла фото новое. Открываю приложение, но камера не включается. Приложение сегодня обновила.

Здравствуйте. Необходимо разрешить доступ к камере в настройках устройства.

Без приложения видео не посмотреть

Кнопки опробовать нет, посмотреть видео без приложения из-за этого не получается. Поддержка не отвечает уже 3 дня, да и в принципе последний раз поддержка была в сети 28 февраля.
