About

Training is easier to stick with when your friends can see it. Ok Good Yes is a gym log built around the people you train with. See each other's sessions, start a friendly competition, and keep each other turning up. TRAIN WITH FRIENDS - Invite friends with a link and see what they trained, their PRs and how their week went. - Start a competition on the lifts you choose, or a weight-loss challenge, and watch the leaderboard move. - Like a friend's session? Copy it into your day at your own weights. - A weekly recap every Sunday: your numbers, new PRs and where you stand. LOGGING THAT GETS OUT OF THE WAY - The app learns your routine and has today's workout ready: push, pull, legs, or whatever you do. - Last time's sets are filled in. Log a set with one tap, or slide to adjust the weight and reps. - Log your body weight the same way, or let Apple Health bring it in from your scale. SEE YOUR PROGRESS - A body map of what you've trained, plus your most and least trained muscles. - Streaks, total weight lifted, personal records and your full history. - A big exercise library, plus your own custom exercises. - Widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen. - Notices when something's slipped, like "24 days since your last leg day". YOURS, ON YOUR TERMS Use it entirely offline with no account. Sign in only if you want backup or friends. Nothing is shared with anyone unless you add them.

React to a single set • Press and hold a set on a friend's log to react to just that set • Reactions show as a collage of emoji behind the set; tap it to see who reacted • See who reacted to your own sets too Friends' stats • Switch to a friend's stats from the top of the Stats tab, just like on the log • Their weight stays private unless you're in a weight competition together • Share your own stats as an image, with your invite link on it Your progress • Every exercise has a history timeline with your PRs marked; tap a session to open that day • Open it from Personal Records, the weekly recap or the exercise library • The streak card shows your all-time best next to your current streak • The body heatmap is shaded by how hard you've worked each muscle; tap one for a breakdown Faster logging • Log iso-lateral sets on machines and cables, one arm or leg at a time • Choose whether iso-lateral sets count towards your PRs in Settings • When adding an exercise, suggestions include what you usually do alongside today's exercises Sharing • A shared day or week opens straight to it for friends; anyone else is invited to add you first Fixes • If the app was left open overnight, sets could be saved to the day before; they now go to today • A weigh-in from Home shows on that day's log straight away • Taps on the bottom navigation bar no longer get missed
