App needs updating
Can’t get this weeks issue not coming up
Not working and no support wasted a subscription.
This has never worked the app does not recognise the log in or subscription. No reply from support.

Was working perfectly fine, i had no issues what so ever, then it just decided to stop letting me download magazines. Page suite is RUBBISH. I’ve been reading for years. I wish I could give it no stars
Can no longer access Subscription due to developer Pagesuite
I used to enjoy years of reading through the Ok Magazine, but the last year has been a nightmare, I endorse everything the 1 Star reviews have said. You cannot login / access the magazine as Pagesuite developer access does not work time and time again. Restore purchases and login fails. I have been told by Pagesuite that I can click restore purchases and a box will appear to enter my Apple ID and password - GUESS WHAT - the box does not appear, so game over. I pay £26 per year, so it’s wasted money for something I used to enjoy each week.

I'd give them no stars if I could!
I love this magazine but out of nowhere to access the subscription I needed to logon. I couldn't remember password so hit forgot password. I ended up going round in a vicious circle and got nowhere. You contact support and they are as much use as a chocolate fire guard.
Don't use them! I can't get a refund through apple either! Not impressed at all!

Useless!!!
A totally and utterly useless app. Not Apple’s fault it’s all to do with the pagesuite team for OK MAGAZINE - They simply do not care!!!
Had subscribed to this for 6 years with no problem-now for the past year non stop problems with have to log in with failed passwords and unable to access the magazine. When you talk to pagesuite they eventually send you an even newer password then the whole thing happens again a few editions later. I have now completely taken this app out of my life because it has been so stressful.

Crap app
Automatically renewed my subscription on iTunes, but the app now asks me to log in but fails to recognise my details. Apple blaming Pagesuite, Pagesuite blaming Apple. Luckily iTunes have agreed to refund me, good riddance to this app, a complete waste of time and money.

Don’t waste your money!
Like many other reviews on here, I have been unable to access the magazine read/download for over a month - I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, restoring purchases, re purchasing etc but nothing works and it’s very frustrating!! I even contacted Apple support who told me to contact the APP developer which again has proven difficult. 79p a week doesn’t seem much, but when you are paying for nothing then it’s a waste!!!

Paid subscription then when login details entered won’t let me go any further. Not recognising email even though I’ve had it loads of times in the past. Refund please it’s a joke,should be refunded, fixed and if not removed from App Store

I have paid 79p today and cannot read the magazines. I have an email address and I keep being sent new passwords that don’t let me access either. I have switched my phone off and powered up. I have reinstalled and downloaded the app and still nothing

I haven’t been able to read my subscription for weeks. Normally when i press restore purchases it works again but nothing is happening. Paying a monthly subscription for absolutely nothing

I have always been able to just go onto my OK App and download recent copy no problem , but it’s not been working for me for about 3 issues now , tried deleting app and renewing my subscription paid for it and still can’t get in , keeps asking me to log in to read them but when I put in my email and click forget password button it’s says my email is not registered getting really annoyed now .
