Not worth the time at all

This app says it can do a lot but I have not successfully been able to submit one request and then it ceased to work. Make updates on this app bc it’s not great at all.

Half A(pp)

It seems like half the time the app doesn’t work—won’t allow requests to be submitted and could use an overall improvement.

Unusable

It’s been three hours since I requested a password reset and there’s no response. Need I say more?

Typical government

The app interface and purpose is great, however over half the time you can not submit a report.

Continues to say enter valid address
