How is someone supposed to get into a venue with electronic tickets if this app never works?

Accepts the log-on to retrieve tickets, but then fails to pull up any information

Provides an error message with an option to try again

Unable to sign into my ticket account through the app

Tried resetting my password and still no good

App functions okay until it comes to ticket management

Won’t open at all on IOS 15

Won’t open so how am I supposed to get my digital tickets???

Need to step up their game with technology and apps
