Need update
The app it wasn’t updated in a long time and it needs update also I just replaced the batteries and it didn’t change the percentage on the app was still stuck with the old percentage I had to open and close it a few times in order to get it show 100% again.i hope they will fix this issue and update the app to be more practical and not even sure why when I open the app I just see the batteries percentage and not the hole stuffs and opciones that have is not so practical ether so please fix it

No Notifications
The app does not send any notifications when someone links the lock to the phone. It also does not send any push notifications when someone requests access. To check if someone has requested access, you have to go to another section of the app and then return to the Home screen; only then does a request appear on the screen—but only if the app is running and fully visible (maximized) on the phone’s screen. My phone is an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 26.

Not able to register
Seems like this lock is very unreliable from the start. Can even register. Says passwords don’t match but it does. And from the reviews, seems like they have several issues. Maybe the purpose is something other than operating a lock.

Can’t use offline
Why do I need wifi just to use a Bluetooth lock? This app should work offline cause if you have no service and can’t manually open the lock then you are screwed.

Man kann sich nicht einmal registrieren in der App.
Nicht mal das registrieren klappt, da man ein Capture abrufen muss, was aber nicht erscheint. Damit ist die App komplett unbrauchbar, da sie ohne Anmeldung nicht funktioniert.

Periodic and Temporary Auth do not work
I use with Oklok GS60F:
Work:
- Permanent Auth
- Friend to request for one-time Auth
- Unlock by fingerprint and bluetooth is quick
Do not work:
- When I set Periodic and Temporary Auth for a friend, the lock does not appear in the friend app

Brilliant smart Lock
I have had smart padlocks before and this kills anything I have had previously. Easy to set up and super reliable. Battery life is amazing. Weather proofing is perfect. Only trick I have come across is your finger and the lock needs to be dry for the lock to confirm your biometrics. I have had two locks for a number of years now and can’t fault them. Highly recommended!

Bought OkLok through Walmart site , shipped through Redin the Dragon the Chinese company on California .
Had the lock 37 days used about 10 times and it completely STOPPED working .
Contacted Red Dragon did get reply , they only warranty the lock only ( 30 ) and will not replace or return the money .
Who only warranty an item 30 days and since went through the Walmart site they can’t do anything .
Lock is garbage check other reviews seems to be an issue with their locks .
I would NOT do business with a company like this ever again .
They don’t even deserve a one star and Apple should remove from their App Store .

I read the instruction booklet in the manual, and it works great for me.
Sehr umständlich einzurichten, very hard to set up
Bei der alten App lief alles besser.
Bei dieser muss man sich zuerst ein Konto erstellen und die Email bestätigen.
Anschließend die Sprache auf Chinesisch umstellen, damit man die Datenschutzvereinbarung akzeptieren kann.
Dann die Sprache wieder auf deutsch umstellen um die App zu nutzen.

Then you can switch the language back to what you wanted originally.

Lösung für Problem beim starten
Geht in die iPhone Einstellungen - Allgemein - Sprache & Region - IPhone Sprache kurz auf Englisch stellen, dann könnt ihr den Datenschutz Kram bestätigen und die Sprache wieder auf deutsch stellen

Man kann den Bestimmungen nicht zustimmen, da der button überlagert wird. App somit unbrauchbar
