Need update
The app it wasn’t updated in a long time and it needs update also I just replaced the batteries and it didn’t change the percentage on the app was still stuck with the old percentage I had to open and close it a few times in order to get it show 100% again.i hope they will fix this issue and update the app to be more practical and not even sure why when I open the app I just see the batteries percentage and not the hole stuffs and opciones that have is not so practical ether so please fix it

No Notifications
The app does not send any notifications when someone links the lock to the phone. It also does not send any push notifications when someone requests access. To check if someone has requested access, you have to go to another section of the app and then return to the Home screen; only then does a request appear on the screen—but only if the app is running and fully visible (maximized) on the phone’s screen. My phone is an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 26.

Not able to register
Seems like this lock is very unreliable from the start. Can even register. Says passwords don’t match but it does. And from the reviews, seems like they have several issues. Maybe the purpose is something other than operating a lock.
