Horrible customer service
I downloaded the app and signed up and almost immediately received an email from someone named Maryam who claimed to be our account manager. I reached out to her multiple times to ask for more information regarding several of the app functions and subscription options but never received an answer. Maryam would instead continue to send me advertising for the app, useless email newsletters, and reminders that my free trial was expiring, all while never responding to my multiple queries. It became pretty clear that either Maryam is a bot masquerading as a customer service rep or just couldn’t care less about providing any meaningful information.

Subscription after 30 days!!!
Do not purchase this app thinking that you now own it.
It dose not tell you in the App Store that there is a subscription fee after the first month it took me a month to get all my items loaded in and it is great! However I can not use it now with out paying out a subscription fee which had I known when looking for an app I would not have waisted la month loading pictures and descriptions and tweaking it to be just right to get an email saying there is now a subscription fee. Very disappointed!

Got my information and did not create a account
Selected create my account and entered my information and it did absolutely nothing but take me back to the main page. I feel my information has just been taken.

Tips, videos won’t load
So the tips, videos won’t load which make it hard to get the interface of the app. I have one of the latest iPads. So it kinda frustrating and this apps seemed very promising. But, not for me I guess.
